Super Bowl Catering and Gameday Watch Parties

1_31_superbowlSuper Bowl Sunday is upon us and despite what the Atlanta snowstorm has done to us, we will press on. We will host our Superbowl parties and fill bowls with chips, eat platters of chicken wings, and even make our own Frito Pies and Palomas. But if the snow threw you off and you aren’t feeling like cooking for a crowd, these restaurants will do it for you. Below is a list of restaurants that offer catering, but be sure to place your orders by the end of today. We’ve also included some spots hosting Game day parties in case you want to leave the house. We’re sure you’ve seen enough of it the past few days anyway.


931 Monroe Drive, Atlanta
They will be offering two choices for pick-up. Order four quarts or more of Mitchili prepared with ground turkey, four kinds of beans and special ingredients for $10 each quart. Or a full tray of sandwiches (serves up to 16) for $65.

Table & Main
1028 Canton Street, Roswell
Get the classic football spread complete with fifty chicken wings, sides of celery with creamy blue cheese and ten homemade chocolate chip cookies for $50. Orders must be placed by phone before noon today (Friday, January 31). Feasts will be available for pick-up on game day from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m

Atkins Park Restaurant & Bar
794 North Highland Avenue, Atlanta
Platters available include 50 Big Green Egg smoked wings, 50 Atkins Park confit wings or Atkins Park wing sauce and veggies for $45. Other platters include 20 cheeseburger sliders or 20 Big Green Egg smoked pork sliders for $40. Dip tortilla chips into a quart of guacamole and a quart of salsa for $20. Orders must be placed by phone by noon on Saturday, February 1. The restaurant will also have the game playing live so guests won’t miss a minute of the action.

El Taco
1186 N. Highland Avenue, Atlanta
Options include fajitas, enchiladas, tacos and more. Orders must be placed by phone at least 24 hours advanced.

Fox Bro’s Bar-B-Q
1238 Dekalb Avenue, Atlanta
Choose from pulled pork, chicken, brisket or spare ribs and at least two sides. Allow 48 hours for catering orders. Orders of 15 or more can get meals delivered for $25 inside the perimeter.

300 Marietta Street NW, Atlanta
STATS is celebrating all weekend with specials. Friday, January 31 – Three tacos for $5. Saturday, February 1 – $2 Budweiser and Bud Light drafts. Super Bowl Sunday, February 2 – $1 Cinerator cinnamon whiskey shots, $13 buckets and $17 100-ounce towers of Budweiser or Bud Light.

Bourbon Bar
3315 Peachtree Road NE, Atlanta
In addition to the high-definition TVs throughout the bar area, there will also be a big screen projector set up to ensure you don’t miss one second of the action. They have more than 100 varieties of Bourbon. You don’t get that at home.

Cypress Street Pint & Plate
817 West Peachtree Street, Atlanta
Starting at 6:00 p.m. Cypress Street is serving $10 pitchers, half-off appetizers and $12 buckets of beer. Enjoy $5 burgers all day long.

Big Tex Decatur
308 W. Ponce de Leon Avenue, Decatur
Begin the day with “Bluegrass Brunch” with Banjolicious. From 4-6 p.m. they are serving $3 pints. During the game, bar-b-que nachos and smoked wings will be served along with $5 pitchers of Pacifico and $9 pitchers of Miller Lite.

Sidebar Atlanta
79 Poplar Street, Atlanta
The restaurant is giving away a Playstation 4 on Super Bowl Sunday in addition to two for $5 Pabst Blue Ribbon and 99 cent buffalo wings.

10th & Piedmont and G’s Midtown
991 Piedmont Avenue, Atlanta
These two Midtown restaurants are hosting a joint block party with hamburgers, hot dogs and beer specials. In addition to the food specials, the restaurants are hosting “Beer Bust” from 3-6 p.m. to benefit Joining Hearts.

The Family Dog
1402 North Highland Avenue, Atlanta
This Morningside spot is featuring $3 draft specials, raffles, giveaways and a special menu for the big game.

Ri Ra Irish Pub
1080 Peachtree Street, Atlanta
Ri Ra is running $2.50 Bud and Bud Lights all day, as well as a variety of drink selections. Chow down on spicy pickle chips and chicken wings or Irish-American fare such as the Guinness BBQ burger and fish and chips.

Meehan’s Public House Sandy Springs
227 Sandy Springs Place, Atlanta
Food and Drink specials like smoked wings, a smoked whole hog and  $3.50 Coors Light pints and $9 Anchor Pint with Shorty Shot of Jameson.
