On New Year’s Day, Manuel’s Tavern went smoke-free. A few days later, owner Brian Maloof announced another big change via Facebook: the addition of a new rooftop chicken coop, where Speckled Sussex and Australian Australorp hens will be laying organic eggs for weekend brunch.
“Yes, chickens living on Manuel’s roof.”
What’s next? Smoothies and a vegan menu?
