People do realize that the word gastro means stomach, right? So this is tripe barbecue?

It’s so complicated, David.
Can you go over it one more time?
Or maybe just look up the contemporary popular usage of the words “gastro” and “barbeque,” and then work out a formula to see if there is any other possible way these words might be juxtaposed other than to mean “grilled stomach.”

Got to taste some of Zeal’s menu at a pre-tasting event. Going to be a great restaurant! The key lime cake is one of a kind! Highly recommend.

I was excited about Smoke Ring until I read the owner used to be executive chef at Meehan’s. That place is a bunch of tasteless, pre-made frozen food, designed for tastebuds numbed by alcohol. I’ll probably still check it out, but will do so with suspicion.
