Taco Mac Closed
On August, 4, Taco Mac in Decatur closed for renovations and is expected to reopen in October.
“After 12 years, it’s time to refresh this Taco Mac,” said Taco Mac CEO Bob Campbell in a press release.
The refresh and redo will be the job of Atlanta’s ai3, Inc., the company behind the design of fine dining spots such as Miller Union, 4th & Swift, Holeman & Finch and Lure.
Planned renovations include a new patio along Ponce de Leon Avenue, an expanded bar area with 100 draft taps; new, more comfortable seating and upgraded LED HDTVs throughout the restaurant and bar.
