My daughter and I felt a little guilty splitting this “Diablo” — Mexican-spiced chocolate — cupcake from the Atlanta Cupcake Factory.
But it was worth it.

I have never understood why all the bakers have the fad of not icing the cupcakes all the way to the paper. I realize it lets you see the cake, but the cake drys out quickly if there is no icing on top.

Oh, another cupcake dies for the sake of sweet pleasure and a moment pure joy. I’m guessing the cute cup cake did not die in vain and will always be remembered for its goodness.
