John, at your recommendation I tried this place — it’s really good, but not the be all and end all of pizza in the city. The sauce is outstanding as is the dough, but the crust is waaaay to thick (and I’m the person that “forces” my way through the cheese and sauce to get to the crust
— I looove the crust ). Make the 14″ a 16″, but use the same amount of dough and maybe I’ll be back. Maybe the kid made our pie? Our crust looked just the same. It’s also quite a bit of a hassle to eat there. I’m tellin’ ya — Hearth is pretty good by comparison (get the Queen’s Right).
