I always thought charcuterie sounded fun, and Cured Meats really makes me want to do it. Oh well…vegetarian girlfriend means I don’t bring meat into our kitchen (probably good for me, or I would eat pork 6 times a day).
John, you’ve been my favorite food writer for as long as I can remember, so I’m extremely excited to make your blogroll (http://atlantabeer.blogspot.com/).

I’m a little biased as I personally know the Young & Hungry bloggers but thought it was worth a second mention…these ladies are extremely passionate about all things food–eating it, making it, inventing new recipes, and trying new restaurants. Reading their entries will inspire you, make you laugh, and dare to be a bit more adventurous with all things food (if you aren’t already!) Bon appetit!

Spaghettiboy’s blog was a great add. He’s been a net foodie for a long time.
