The sweet potato waffle is AMAZING! We go on a regular basis with our 1 year old and they have great distractions for the kids.

John, Bagel Boys is not the same as BB's Bagels. BB's is on McFarland Rd in an old Airstream trailer, whereas Bagel Boys is on Haynes Bridge. BB's is far and away better than Bagel Boys. BB's is the only place in Atlanta that does Kettle boiled bagels. They are huge, fresh, and the bagel sandwiches. Definitely a must try. As for my husband and I, we really didn't care for Red Hen. We just thought it was overpriced for what it was.

John, you should have called me. I would have met you there. In the same area are a smattering of local and national chains, J Christophers, The Original Pancake House, Cracker Barrel, etc., but I think the best two are Alpha Soda on Haynes Bridge, a long time Alpharetta institution serving a great breakfast... and Bagel Boys, in the same shopping center on Haynes Bridge, and cranking out some really good NY-style bagels.

I'm so happy you enjoyed the Red Hen! I live in Midtown and will drive OTP just for their Cheese Grits and French Toast. Make sure you try both on your next visit!
