John,
Missed opening also, but as a regular at 5 Seasons I had to stop by to check it out after dinner. Staff and Mgmn't. are outstanding for a new shop. They are still tweaking the menu for lunch, I was there around late dinner time & the manager asked for my opinion, I'm known around town as a bit of a foodie. While there, he provided me with one of their signature dishes, the Ginki Tuna Roll, a large center cut tuna fillet, seared in spices and presented sushi role style with a wonderful ponzu dipping sauce. in my 55 years I have been blessed with the opportunity of eating in some of the finest restaurants around the world. I pray it was not an anomaly, but I have to say that was one of the twenty best dishes I have ever put in my mouth. My only wish is I had forfeited a couple of pints earlier so I could describe it in more detail, but I think I will return this evening to remedy that. If that dish is any example of the rest of their food, this is a true diamond for Sandy Spring dinners. GO! Do not pass go and you won't need $200.00.
