Please do not eat at the restaurant on Old National Highway, since the food score was only a 43 from the Health Department after the inspection. I believe many of you can spot this place because the parking lots are always packed with cars and bikers on any day of the week. The location is directly in front of the old Target, which has been closed for years. Please beware!

I always really like Aztec Grill, formerly of Morrow, last seen in Stockbridge. They have been around for 20 years and the Crazy Chicken is great.

Guys I think Uncle Julio's casa grande is the best in metro that I have eaten. The salsa and chips are great. They make the chips right there in the restaurant seating area. They are always warm. Secondly, I like Pappasitos off of Windy Hill Road..very similiar to Casa Grande got food and good chips and salsa. Lastly, Nuevo Laredo Cantina to me has fallen off just a tad bit; not sure why.

Adobo Taqueria and Tequila Bar on Jones Bridge Road in Alpharetta is the most consistently delicious Mexican restaurant ever! Everything on the menu is amazing (including their prices) and their daily specials are always yummy. Their food features great sauces with authentic seasonings; meats are grilled to perfection. Everyone we've recommended this restaurant to has loved it. Go try it, John, and then eat that sombrero.

@joe

 Jalisco??? Pleeease...they SUCK! Their chips are completely stale, tasteless and unsalted...yech! The salsa tastes like a supermarket house brand from a jar. They used to be cheap so it was somewhat ok...but now it's just a bad deal all around.

Taqueria la Oaxaquena now has a second location in Conyers. I've been to both, and they're equally good.

It is the old Captain D's. Call the Drama Dept.s imagination is too much. The restrooms are where they've always been, but it is good to know we won't have to worry about you and your vomit anywhere around there. We live a few blocks away, and there is a reason that mostly Hispanics go there, and that is authenticity. Folks, you really should try this one!!!!!! Heading south on Tara, get in the middle left turn lane for Mt. Zion Bvd, turn left and it's the second place on the right. At lunchtime during the week parking is a little crazy.
