JFG Mayonnaise is the BEST! It's the ONLY mayonnaise to use in homemade pimento cheese and on a home-grown mater sandwich with fresh-cracked black pepper. Here's my pimento cheese recipe. Enjoy!
Pimento Cheese
One eight-ounce block of mild or medium Kraft cheese, grated
One four-ounce jar of Dromedary diced pimientos. Drain juice, then mash with a fork
Heaping tablespoon mayonnaise, we use JFG
Salt to taste
Stir together, keep refrigerated
Makes five sandwiches, so I usually double or triple the recipe, but I only make one batch at a time to make sure I get the consistency right.

Real Hellmans is the best to get the real flavor of the salad you are eating, be it egg, tuna, salmon or turkey etc. If I wanted it to taste like something else I would use salad dressing.
Do not like to use light, but if I had to save calories I would, but after 82 years I am not switching now. Love to use Hellmans mayo and Heinz ketchup for dipping shrimp for those that find cocktail sauce too spicy on a buffet table. For a salad of greens, use any flavor that your family happens to like.
Never ruin a turkey, bacon, lettece, and tomato sandwich on cracked wheat toast with anything but Hellmans Real mayo My favorite.
Made you hungry didn't I ? Think I'll go and use your sample, that I just got in the mail, to make one. Thanks

I did the taste test. I like them both. I however say that B was the light one. But it was close. I will be using light from now on. Keep up the good work! I give them a thumbs up!

I am 63 years old and Hellmann's has been a staple in my home, my parent' s and my children's.
Even with my high cholestrol count, Hellmann"s will remain in my life til the day I pass on to the next life. It is truly the "BOMB"!
