The International Association of Culinary Professionals presents annual awards for cookbooks that are, in their field, just as prestigious and sought-after as the James Beard Awards. According to the organization’s website the finalists were supposed to be announced yesterday. The rumor is already out that a high-profile Atlanta cookbook author is up for one.
But I can find no reference to the finalists anywhere on these here Internets, and a call to the organization’s Atlanta headquarters put my in automated phone system purgatory.
