Where to begin?
Well, that’s me up above looking kind of maniacal, as I’m wont to. Hopefully, that spirit will carry occasionally into the writing (or until the AJC poobahs inform me that I’ve gone too far, even by the lax standards of online discourse).
This will be a food blog, of sorts, though I plan to write obsessively about my cat and my skin rashes. Or…not.
No, let’s start again. This blog will address various topics in cooking, dining, shopping, drinking and general piehole satisfaction in this great, big city of Atlanta.
I’ve assembled a blogroll of the best local food and dining blogs from regular folks, irregular media and a couple of public relations firms that do more than just promote their clients.
I will occasionally upload pictures from the company-issued point-and-shoot camera. I promise they will be the worst photographs imaginable with no sense of color or composition. Once my superiors stop paying attention, I’ll probably just start uploading pictures from my iPhone. And blogging more about my cat.

I, for one, am very excited about any possibility of a Kessler’s Cat blog.
