Obama’s so called apology tour in which he respectfully acknowledged other members of our global community and our ally’s contribution to the US its war effort and the world in general as partners has produced 5,000 additional troops from NATO. Bush lost allies over 8 years (expect France, but in total a loss of troops). Talk is cheap and bush did a lot of it, Obama is moving forward a lot more responsibly instead of insulting every country surrounding Afghanistan. Namely Pakistan, Russia, China. We rely on them for airspace and resources.
