Keep in mind that Lee Malvo was an illegal alien who was caught by the boarder patrol in 2002.
He was quickly released.

I guess our federal government was just too busy chasing down Ron Paul voters and pot smokers to worry over him.

IMHO , this is criminal negligence.

Closure would be knowing that his execution involved as much pain as could be inflicted while allowing him to regain consciousness between each pain process until he finally dies!!!!!

A quick painless death is not closure nor justice nor an adequate crime deterrent [!!!

As I see it, your highness, all scumbags are equal, but some are more equal than other scumbags.

It is okay to kill this one, but other convicted killers should not face the ultimate penalty for the ultimate crime.

I don’t know who should get to pick and choose.

The death penalty is the the only valid penalty for convicted killers.The punishment should fit the crime.
