It seems to me that besides Reagan’s Grenada (a joke), the Gulf War he and Daddy Bush put together was the only recent war done right. It was successful, over in no time, and we didn’t spend years and political campaigns trying to analyze what went wrong. We could do that now, you know, but our allies would have to get involved in Afghanistan in much larger numbers than they’ve been willing to do so far. Come back to us, General Powell, for we need you now more than ever!
