Everything is "excessive" when it does not concern you. Regarding the comments about entitlement parents though - its nuts. I almost wish that everyone was REQUIRED to take birth control and you had to CHOOSE to go off birth control to have a kid. It would be cheaper than welfare for some many of these single mothers - most of them who have no clue who the father is. Funny how it seems like everyone attacks spending that does not benifit them. The simple fact that as you age you are more likely to require medical care than children . . duh!!! Who pays into the government system . . . .elderly or children!!! The "poor children" are receiving Medicaid and PeachCare and some qualify for Social Security Disability (as I supervised a young mother of five children . . . she was 30 years old . . had a four year old child receiving SS disaiblity due to "asthma" . . . how much do you think this young mother had paid into the "system". .. . ??? Instead of burdening the taxpayers further with endless new programs, make some hard choices within the current budget.
