An Atlanta woman, Gearlean Williams, has been reported missing for a second time this year.
Williams, 78, was last seen just after 8 a.m. Tuesday by her daughter. Williams is about 5 feet, 3 inches tall weighing 170 pounds, according to Atlanta police. Williams has a mild case of dementia.
Williams’ daughter told police on June 13 her mother decided she no longer wanted to stay at Coventry Place, an assisted living facility, and went to stay with her, according to an Atlanta police statement. On Monday, Williams reportedly said she was going to leave on a plane and fly somewhere.
Police advised Williams will sometimes ride MARTA trains and buses all day.
