Gwinnett police are looking for this man in connection with a pool hall robbery.

Two men stormed into a Gwinnett County pool hall and robbed it and one victim. Police released a surveillance photo today in the hope that the public will help them solve the case.

The crime occurred May 2 at Sosa’s Billiards at 6070 South Norcross Tucker Road near Norcross.

The two suspects, one armed with an AK-47 rifle, entered the business just before noon. They ordered the victim to the ground and took his wallet, cash and phone, police said. One of the robbers kicked the victim in the face. The men also took cash from the register.

The second suspect’s face was captured on surveillance video when he walked to the back of the pool hall with the weapon. Moments later, the suspects fled the scene, dropping some of the money during their escape, police said.

Authorities released a photo of the second suspect, described as a black male with long dreadlocks who was wearing a long sleeve gray shirt, khaki pants and white tennis shoes. Police did not release a photo of the first suspect.

Anyone with information on the case should contact the Gwinnett County Police Department at 770-513-5300 or 770-513-5326.
