Police are seeking the public’s help in identifying three suspects who reportedly burglarized a Verizon Wireless store on East May Street in Winder last month, Winder police said.

Several Apple iPhones, other cellphone devices and a large amount of cash were discovered to be stolen from the store on Feb. 17 at around 5 a.m., according to a Winder police press release.

The three suspects were recorded on a store surveillance video, police said. Police believe the suspects also burglarized another Verizon store in Madison the previous day in the early morning.

Based on the surveillance video, police have described one subject as wearing a white or light grey hooded sweatshirt with a black face mask and black pants. Another suspect was wearing a blue hooded sweatshirt with the word “purgatory” on the back shoulder, while the third was wearing a red hoodie.

Photos from the surveillance video shows a suspect kneeling behind a computer at the store desk and using some sort of tool.

Video surveillance from the Madison robbery shows three males committing the same act and wearing identical clothing, the press release says.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Winder Police Investigator Gregg Teatino at (678) 425-6873. A $4,500 reward is offered for those with any information that leads to the suspects’ arrest and conviction.
