If you can’t say something nice, it’s best to keep it to yourself, especially when you’re wanted on three outstanding warrants.
Using an alias, Deterrance Jermaine Hampton went on a profanity-laden tear recently against Clayton County Sheriff Victor Hill via Twitter and Facebook, according to an email release from the sheriff’s office.
Sheriff’s deputies investigated the matter after it was brought to Hill’s attention. After positively identifying Hampton as the alleged culprit, sheriff’s deputies confirmed there were three outstanding warrants for him.
Deputies tracked down Hampton and found him hiding under a stairwell before taking him into custody on charges of obstructing an officer. His girlfriend, Kimberly Cash, was also taken into custody, officials said. She was charged with felony obstruction. According to the sheriff’s jail docket, both were processed into jail today.
