Gwinnett police are searching for two men who allegedly stole money from a business owner outside of his home in Suwanee, according to a release from the Gwinnett County Police Department.

On Nov. 16, two men visited Zone Electronics in the Pendergrass Flea Market in Jackson County and spoke to the owner several times throughout the day.

The owner closed the store at 5 p.m. and drove to his home in Suwanee. When he arrived at his home, a male armed with a shotgun knocked on his window and demanded money.The owner recognized him as one of the men who entered his store earlier that day, the release said.

The owner gave the man money, but the man shot the floorboard of the owner’s car and demanded more money. The owner handed him more cash before the man fled to a nearby vehicle, according to the release.

The men are in their late 20s to middle 30s. The first suspect is 5-foot-7 and weighs between 130 and 150 lbs. The second suspect is between 5-foot-9 and 6-feet, according to the release.

The Pendergrass Flea Market is offering a $5,000 reward for information leading to arrests and convictions in this case and another $2,000 reward for information leading to an arrest and indictment.
