More people watched Auburn last season than any other team.
The National Football Foundation reported that 1,204,185 fans attended Auburn’s 14 games in 2013, the highest total in the country.
Overall, football attendance for NCAA football games topped 50 million for the first time as 657 football programs drew a record 50,291,275 fans. That’s a 3 percent increase from 2012 and breaks the 2011 total of 49,699,419.

Of the 13 teams that had more than 1 million spectators, six are in the SEC. FSU was the lone ACC team in the list. Here’s the team breakdown:
Michigan averaged 111,592 fans at home for its 16th consecutive attendance title.
As expected, the SEC led the nation in average attendance with 75,674 fans a game, followed by the Big Ten (70,431), Big 12 (58,899), Pac-12 (53,619) and ACC (49,982). The SEC, Big Ten, ACC and Pac-12 all set attendance records last fall.
