Taking Clayton back, one resident and/or election at a time

For those who believe that nothing any one person says or does could possibly make a difference or change things, one Clayton resident proved you wrong last week.

Recently, Lovejoy Mayor Joe Murphy and his lawyers thought they found a loophole in county law which would allow him to cross district lines and run for commissioner in District 4. According to the Clayton News-Daily, Murphy took issue with the Board of Commissioners’ decision to shut down C-Tran, the two-minute limit on public comments at meetings and tending to personal agendas.

One resident filed an election challenge to Murphy’s candidacy by citing case law which proved that candidates could not live in one district and run for office in another. Thanks to that resident’s initiative, Murphy withdrew from the District 4 commission race hours before his hearing on the matter was scheduled to take place last Friday.

The Mayor, who currently resides in District 3, will now have to wait until 2012 to run against Wole Ralph if he still wishes to serve as commissioner, or relocate to District 4 and try again in a few years.

Unfortunately the majority of Clayton residents don’t seem to come out and vote.  But with elections coming up this year, all residents who do want to see Clayton continue to improve and prosper are going to have to step up, really listen to what these candidates are saying (or not saying), and plan to hold them accountable if need be. In some cases, it will be better to just not open that door at all by (re-)electing them.

Would you vote in a candidate who didn’t actually live in your district?

County commissioners need to form some type of relationship with folks who are not only their constituents, but also their neighbors. Even if a candidate were allowed to run for office in a district that he/she didn’t reside in, do you believe that person would work hard for your area if they lived somewhere else? Why or why not?

I think that Clayton County voters have got to realize that the anti-incumbent fervor may hurt our chances at continued improvement. Voters should do there research and vote on each candidate’s record and not just “throw all the bums out”.

I’d never vote for someone who didn’t live in my area, how can you really care and know what’s going on if you live somewhere else? Isn’t the point of having a commissioner are supposed to be in touch with where they live and its needs, right? But why am I surprised Joe don’t live in Lovejoy either that’s been the rumor for years now but he keeps getting elected. As a Lovejoy residence didn’t appreciate Joe attempting to jump ship shows he’s not loyal to us either just to political power. Hope other Lovejoy residence remember this one come election time but probably not and Murphy knows it. His reasons for running in another district are lame too.

Among other things, I would assume that residents of this county who want to live in a decent area, and particularly homeowners who have watched their property values plummet to next to nothing while constantly being asked to pay out more money in taxes would want to find ways to get involved and take this county back – whatever that means to each individual, and however each individual chooses to get involved. The resident who filed the election challenge is a good example. He could have watched the saga play out and then complain about how and why it happened after the fact, but he instead made a difference in the outcome before someone else ended up representing an area in which they didn’t reside (Noresse Haynes anyone?) and/or more Clayton drama got played out on the nightly news.

But hey, maybe not. Some are/were satisfied with the status quo and if you’re one of them, then you’re good to go I guess.

I still believe things are slowly improving, but bottom line if we vote in the wrong candidates in the upcoming election we could slide backwards instead of forward.

TechNerd – Why such a hater?

Let’s see – Sandra Scott – BOE – last 4 standing. Disgrace – well ok on that one.

MS. Singleton – altho I do not care for commissioners doing the bidding of their mentor, I think -that she thinks – she is doing what’s best for the county. She bears watching.

Mr. Glanton – I have worked with this man and have broke bread with him. I have seen him work tirelessly on projects for the youth of our county. He was a leader in the legislation to make BOE boards more responsive and more ethical. What can you say about his opponent other than she threatens to bring Jesse Jackson down on those who disagree with her – and to her everything is black and white. She is not the one for Clayton to move forward.

Progressive: Although I will share relevant information when and where I can, you need to do your own research to determine who you deem to be the right or wrong candidates worthy of your vote.

I am sure there will be plenty of political forums and opportunities coming up for you to attend and determine for yourself (although no one should rely solely on those events or anything written in this blog to base a vote on). Talk to your friends and/or neighbors who vote and discuss the candidates. But I would also think that if you have been paying attention during the past several years, and if not took some time to research the track record of some current candidates, you will find your answer(s).

Keep chasing the boogeymen — and you’ll soon find yourself lost in the woods. Michael Steele is an Uncle Tom. The only reason he’s chairman of the RNC is because President Obama won the election and the Republicans wanted to look like they are inclusive. I’m tired of these shuffling negroes like Michael Steele and Herman Cain allowing the Republican Party to use them as puppets. The Tea Party crowd has broad appeal among Americans of different parties and ideologies. But one of these days, he’s going to have to wake up and face reality. The Tea Party movement primarily consists of a bunch of angry Republican voters — angry that former half-term Governor Sarah Palin wasn’t elected Vice President — who are too embarrassed to admit that they will always vote Republican, no matter how disingenuous and corrupt. Your children and grandchildren will still be paying for two unfunded wars

If all Clayton County employees lived in the county THEN we would start seeing some improvements in all things. Elected officials are one thing, but we need the REAL workers to have a sense of ownership. Example; The man in charge of economic development is known for refusing to live in Clayton county but he is in charge of “selling” it to others. He should LOVE IT before we give him a pay check.

Progressive, you will have to start using another alias. For each time you speak as if you know what you are talking about you should just do a little googling to find out that you don’t really know Jack. David Scott and his wife and their grown children live in Atlanta, Fulton County on Hurt Street. So the lesson to learn here is twofold: Don’t vote for anyone who does not live in their District and especially anyone who has not lived in their District for almost 10 years because they are out of touch with the community. Unless you really shop or work in the community, you really don’t know what issues we really face; and Two: Know what you are talking about before you state anything. Some people actually believe this stuff here and rely upon it for insight.

I live here and would sell my house if I could. When is the last time someone who actually lived in Clayton ran for Scott’s seat anyway? A congressional seat can’t be compared to a commissioner seat a commissioner can and should live where he represents. that would be impossible for any congressman to do. and for the record I’m not a David Scott fan or supporter, just stating the facts, ma’am.

If the crute woman, Joe Murphy, somebody name Xavier, and Woods were at TGIF…. SO WHAT! I see Crute and Woods talking to everyone including you. You are suppose to be able to talk to everybody as an elected official. Unlike the current incumbents who shut a meeting down and refuse to listen to the people who elected them, or other incumbents who never show up until election time. Let’s vote out all the incumbents and if the next group doesn’t do what is good for their respective districts, let’s vote them out next time. It is time for change. Our community needs a new brand. I guess it would be redundant to say throw the bums out but it mus be said, “throw the bums out.” Career politicians need to be a thing of the past. We have watched career politicians destroy the fabric of this county to enrich themselves. They left office and inserted their cronies in their places.
When choosing a candidate we do need to pay attention to who the politician is but we also need to pay attention to who their associates are. We could vote out a bum only to replace him with someone from the same political machine. Be vigilant and we can turn this county around.

Scott not in District

May 18th, 2010
12:14 pm

David Scott’s domicile is NOT in his District. It was restructured a few years ago, but if you look at his District on a map, you will see that it only borders the most heavily Democratic voting census and that is called gerrymandering: Gerrymandering – Redrawing voting district boundaries to favor a specific party. David Scott was redrawn out of his District.
Do you think he represents you still? I don’t believe so and that is my opinion. However, I do know one thing; he did not believe in us enough to move into the District he represents. He does not pay taxes in those Counties to which he represents either. And unless you go to Washington on an appointment, you will rarely ever speak to him. He is so insulated that he has no clue to what your real issues are. He and ALL of Congress are out of touch with reality. They keep voting for pay raises for themselves and you can’t do anything about it. They receive a Golden Parachute for Retirement, and you don’t. They opted out themselves their businesses and their families from the healthcare bill…Now that should tell you something, but yet you all keep voting him and all of the other incumbents back in office.
David Scott also was a huge supporter of Barney Frank; he personally helped raise financial support for Barney Frank’s bid for re-election for the past two terms. And in case you don’t know who Barney Franks is, he is the Chairman of the House Committee on Financial Services. Now are you getting the picture? If not, let me draw it a little more clearly. Barney’s boyfriend was the CEO and Owner of one of the largest failing Mortgage companies that preyed upon low income minority voters, but hey, you all kept voting for him then complaining that Bush was to blame. Know the players and know the game. I’ll bet most of you can’t name your Two U.S. Senators, but know who the Dancing with the Stars are and what they do, and who your favorite sports teams coach is and who he played for in college, and who your favorite sports player is and what his stats are, but yet when it comes to our elected officials, you don’t care.

I can only assume that there are a handful of individuals not affiliated with the above mentioned click of gangsters that are actually posting genuine messages.

Point is – people who can read, write and see between the political lines will go out to vote this year…as they always have. Please try to be specific and give some examples as to why you would or would not vote for a particular candidate. I’m no fan of Commissioner Singleton but it was said previously that she’s done nothing for the county. I don’t think this is true because she did vote to discontinue C-Tran bus service which, in my opinion, was good for the county. If that’s the only positive thing she’s done in 4 years than that would reflect negatively!

I won’t vote for Lee Scott because he has done zero, nada, nil to support or promote the community in which we both live. I don’t consider the proposed Freaknik party at the Scott’s event center to have been supportive of the community.

I won’t vote for Jewell Scott because she has already demonstrated her incompetence as a DA and her poor performance will likely carry over to anything she does. I can’t afford to give her a second chance.

Attempted to go to her website, but it is down (still is). I was able to send her an email, and she gave some crafty artfully designed answers. For me, anyone FOR C-Tran won’t get any votes from my household.

“Vote them out” is what got us in the trouble this county and country are in. Not a good way to live your life.

@News- The public safety meetings in East Clayton have been going on since last year when community policing was in full effect. Where were you when each s/d had its own meetings scheduled at the rec. center?

Do we really need to “see” our representatives in our community to know what they are/are not doing? I mean Saxby Chambliss represents my area but I don’t need to see him in the area to know what affect he has on me and mine. Eldrin Bell represents all of Clayton County, how many places should he be at everyday to know that he is working for me? and just because you see your representative in the community and kissing @$$es is that all we need to gauge the work of that person. If so then the Scott’s and Hill would still be in office.

Clayton has suffered long enough with the current Congressman, David Scott. I am disappointed that someone would post that they would not vote for “ANY REPUBLICAN”. This is the same mindset that is counter-productive to fixing the problems in our Country. We ALL are living the result of one-sided government: excessive spending with no way to pay for it. Taxes increases are the equivalent of digging your way out of a 13 foot ditch with more digging. Tickling(Stimulating) the economy is only good for a temporary chuckle or maybe a brief laugh.

We should vote for our elected officials based on the issues and solutions provided by the candidate. If we continue this childish\gang-like behavior of only voting for Democrats (BLUE) or Republicans (RED), instead of looking at how legislation affects our lives, we will continue our economic decline.

The definition of insanity is to keep doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result. Under David Scott(D), Clayton County Schools lost accreditation, we were provided little relief from the floods except when our Vice-President came to town, we lost thousands of jobs when he voted AGAINST Lockheed Martin, etc… In the 4 Terms of this incumbent, we all, democrat, republican, independent have suffered. I am running for Congress and I will support fixing our economy as my 1st priority. Start voting for yourself, your future and your children. Don’t vote Left or Right, Blue or Red, D or R this Congressional Election.

I don’t want or expect any candidate to kiss my @$$ but I do expect them to have had some sort of prior interest in there community other than attaining an elected office. I’d guess that I’ve been to about 50 community meetings over the years and the Scotts have never attended any of them. I’m sure that some would say that maybe they were to busy. I’d have to counter that I believe that everyone that did attend has something else that they would rather do but they attend to provide support, if nothing else.

I am disappointed that someone would post that they would not vote for “ANY REPUBLICAN”. This is a major part of the problem going on in Washington today. What we ALL are living through is an environment where one side is pushing excessive spending and entitlements without a way to pay for it. When there is a break-down of communication, teams fail, businesses fail, marriages fail and yes, a Country can fail too.

What is the example we provide for younger generations when we discriminate based on political party affiliation? Left vs Right, Dem vs Rep, Blue vs Red and NO ONE is moving forward except elected Officials like David Scott who vote for pay-raises for themselves. I instead encourage you to start think about yourself, your family and your future generations instead of finger-pointing.

Our Congressman voted AGAINST Lockheed Martin and we lost thousands of jobs, we already know about Clayton County Schools losing accreditation and the domino effect it caused, then there was the floods, with his constituents dying, while our “Representative” cowered in Washington under Joe Biden’s skirt and then the “Jobs Fairs” attended by his major donors with a $1 admission fee. Your better off putting your resume in the Shredder and dumping it in your attic for insulation. How’s that for green energy? Anyway, the list goes on…

The definition of insanity: keep doing the same thing over and over and over and expect a different result. We have given David Scott 4 chances and he consistently screwed us! You wanna have the same result, put him in office again!

However, I instead challenge you to vote for yourself and your interests. In this Congressional Election, Do not vote for a Democrat, Do not vote for a Republican, vote for Rupert Parchment. I am a small business owner running for Congress in Georgia’s 13th District. If elected, Small Business, JOBS & our economy is 1st priority along with education. I believe in school choice & vouchers just like many Clayton County parents did when they took their kids out of Clayton Schools and put them in accredited schools. They made a choice for their children. I will be the extension of you in Washington.

Hopefully, you can look past the D or R and support my Campaign to fix what’s broke: Our Country.

Excuse me Ms. “multiple personalities”, Ridges is a part of my name so what are you trying to expose. But since you are naming off sightings, when you tell a story tell the whole story. Also in TGIF that day was Wade Starr, Wole Ralph, and Michael Hightower at the bar having drinks. They were there at the same time as the other people you named but that is not a strange sighting to you. Probably celebrating another large contract given to Hightower’s firm. Yes I was there too with my significant other, we all went there after the BOC… and it was unplanned. A couple of them that you named weren’t even together and were at seperate tables and eventually pushed tables together to talk. I even went over an spoke to them before my food came. Now a couple of those people, I’m surprised to see you so call “expose”. But one in particular who I met recently, really does not deserve this from you and you know who I am talking about. Don’t worry I won’t tell her what you really are behind the smile and wig. She is young and fresh and seems very bright and deserves a chance. There are others that you named that would be good for the people, but this one in particular is new and does not deserve this. I will not stoop so low to even mention her name as you did. You claim yourself to be for the people but really you are a puppet. Shame on you. You reallly should not be over any kind of countywide association or on any appointed board and play these games. It is really sad that you are the so called example of a community leader. A community leader should set a better example for our young people and try to work with everyone. You are so biased that everyone can tell when you are blogging no matter what name you use. You have as many names as you do personalities. Shame on you. Stop doing the dirty work and go back to the roots that you so proudly claim you have. Even if you disagree with someone, don’t throw them under the bus, agree to disagree and still recognize that they are a good leader. that is what a real community activist does. Either be one or drop the title.

@News- Sorry but I am not Singleton. I just know that there is more to public service than beeing seen. As far as the questions you asked when you assumed that I was Ms. Singleton, how about you locate her email, and send them to her. Passing off inuendos as truth is what will continue to keep Clayton County down. Same things happens in DeKalb and Fulton Counties, but let’s try to be better citizens and stop using the old, tired politcal ranting models akin to the recent SCLC leadership and its tactics.
Name-calling is so overused, how about discussing issues?

@say what

Here is the fault that many of us in the county have with Ms. Singleton……She has not displayed that she has any independent thought on the board. If you have been to the board meetings you will see that she has voted lock and step with Ralph & Hambrick with the puppet master behind them all being Wade Star. I still have respect for Ms. Singleton as a person but as a politician that has long since gone out the window. We need leaders in this county with a true passion for the county, integrity and vision. WE DON”T NEED FOLLOWERS!!! The 2 musketeers need to go and cut ties back to Atlanta politics….hint, hint Hightower, hint, hint Wole working for the Atlanta City Council. Ms. Singleton you are one of the commissioners that agreed to go with Hightower’s firm to plan out the future development of the county. How could you have allow the county to have business dealings after this same man was convicted for taking corrupt payments from a county contractor. Hmm.

Sonna? sorry, whe has to go. Anyone foolish enough to vote away public transportation in an urban area must be insane!! I will vote for the newcomer for the 44th Senate district out of Fayette. NOT GLANTON OR DAVENPORT! Also, I will not vote for anyone who has not attended a forum or two!!

Cynabon, now that’s funny. I do have one question for Cynabon (which is one of Sonna’s biggest supporters) and that is, Where is the Money? All that money from all those members and yet not one single financial statement. Now here is the other twist to Cynabon’s flunkies; Isn’t James Searcy one of your officer’s on the CCWHO? Shouldn’t he know where the money is? And to think he is running for the School Board again!!! And rememeber what we got from the CCWHO years ago….Sandra Scott, Wade Starr, Victor Hill, Jewell Scott. Need I say more. Yes I can, How did Cynabon get the appointment to the Tax Commissioner’s Board of Appeal? Oh yeah, Political payback from her personal friend Sonna.

I read widely: The Economist, The Atlantic Monthly, The Wall Street Journal, New York Times, Financial Times, The New Republic, etc., and a number of online resources. One thing they all agree on (except the WSJ editorial pages, where they live in FoxNews world) is that the greatest contribution to increased deficits in recent years has been a decline in revenue. In the past two years, the deep recession (caused by inadequate bank regulation) has been the main cause of declining revenue. (Before the financial crisis, the greatest contributors to the deficit were the Bush tax cuts, and the two wars.)
I know this is hard to accept for people who live in FoxNews/Tea Party land. There, it is unquestioned dogma that “out of control social spending” and “giving my $ to lazy people” is THE cause of the deficit. The problem with this belief is that it is just that – a belief – which does not match up with reality. Declining revenue has been the greatest contributor to the deficit, followed by spending on very popular programs which send money to fairly well-off seniors. Inconvenient, but true

Altruistic – should be Autistic. History has shown under both Democrat Pres. John F Kennedy and under Republican Pres. Ronald Reagan, that getting the American citizens tax cuts brings more money into the Federal govt. Because less taxes- more available money – more invesments, more jobs – more people paying taxes and sharing the load. Any fool can see when you spend more than you make – it leads to deficits. This will not change until both political parties cease with the runaway spending.

NEXT STOP – Europe goes the way of Greece, and then the U.S. will follow Europe. Ain’t socialism grand.

We know you…yeah right…

You are a horrific liar, one of those who throws a rock and hides a hand. Since you know me step to me with that trash if you have the guts. I challenge you to an intellectual and civil debate!

The reality is you have no integrity and quite frankly show yourself to be a mean-spirited mindless individual on this blog. You seem hell bent on

First of all your play on my name shows your ignorance and inability to communicate on an adult level. Your perpetual stupidity shows that you are either uneducated or just plain clueless to meaningful dialogue. You are no match for me when it comes to communications.

This obsession you have with seeking to marginalize my efforts and the work of homeowners who give a damn about their property values and safety is evidence of your asininity. Clearly, you are a dejected individual who has an insatiable need to attack and discredit those who truly care about our county. You to this point have brought nothing to the table on this blog but ghetto, gutter rants.

Now for clarity, Commissioner Singleton and none of the other people you refer to are “personal friends of mine.” You have no idea who my personal friends are. I live in District 1 and I am very pleased with the work that my Commissioner has done over the past four years. Yes, I am a bigsupporter and will work on her behalf and several other candidates in this upcoming primary who have proven their worth and value to all of the citizens of Clayton County. What will you do? Nothing probably.

Let me end this by saying, my name is spelled Synamon.

One more thing and I promise to leave this alone everyone, but I just had to clarify one more thing. It is an honor to sit on the Tax Assessors. I endeavor to do the best job for all the homeowners/taxpayers as well as business/taxpayers in Clayton. The meetings are held at 3:30pm the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of each month and are open to the public.

I was appointed to the Tax Assessors Board because I possess integrity, as well as, the qualifications required to serve. Again, you are a mean-spirited person who seems to be suffering from something.

Clayton Countywide Homeowers' Assoc.

May 21st, 2010

People join Clayton County Homeowners’ Assoc. thinking that you are dealing with the issues of subdivisions and homeowners. I joined because I thought it was a mechanism to deal with all of the builders that were leaving us high and dry in our subdivisions and dealing with our property values. I had no idea, Synamon, that this was a political action group, and I am quite embarrased to be associated with this. I think we all have the right to support whatever candidates we want and we should not be endorsing or supporting any candidates. Should any of the sorry incumbents lose, then our Association will be scarred and unable to work with the new elected officials. Synamon, I beg you to please do not assoicate CCHA with any of these races. We need to be able to work with everyone, I am a member and I am not a Sonna or Wole supporter and I don’t think they deserve to continue being in office. I’m not campaigning for anyone, I’m just saying I don’t think the association should be involved. Just support them on your own. By the way, I have not been to any meetings lately, when do we get an itemized list of where the money we collect for dues is going. I do not want my dues going to anyones’ campaign. I have spoken with my attorney about this and he also is looking in to it.

Sick of it all!

May 21st, 2010
10:55 pm

Until the community stops voting along racial & party lines, we will see no real improvement. It was wrong when it was done in the 90’s and wrong now. The only difference is the color of the skin of those benefitting. I don’t vote based on party affliation, skin color nor popularity. Sometimes the Republican candidate may be the better choice sometimes not. Sometimes the Democratic candidate may be the most qualified. Sometimes neither offering is right. I wish we could do away with party affiliations all together and just vote for the individual.

I cancelled my membership to the CCWHOA because financial reports were not forthcoming. I also did not agree with the choice of candidates whom Synamon unilaterly chose to endorse. It seemed like a backdoor mechanisim to fund certain candidates campaign without the knowledge of the membership! I also grew to dislike the lack of two way debate. It was Synamon’s way or the highway. We have an excellent HOA independent of Synamon and find it more comfortable to be involved this way. I don’t support Singelton for one reason, She voted to end C-Tran and now it is my opportunity to express how i feel about that in the upcoming election. I HOPE YOU ALL DO THE SAME!

CCWHOA imitator,
Why do you come on this blog instead of calling me? That is what a sincere member with integrity would do. In the meantime let me tell you, lies and innuendos will not destroy the work of the CCWHOA. We are a strong group of homeowners who will not be discredited, bamboozled or marginalized by those who spread lies like those in your post on this blog. Our main concern is our property values and our safety. Have you read our mission statement lately?

We will continue to hold our elected and appointed officials accountable (therein lies the real problem that many have with our organization) and we will speak up and out when necessary.
Attempts have been made by elected officials, appointed officials and mean revengeful people to destroy our leadership and the work that we do. In the words of Maya Angelou, ” And still I (we) rise!.”

My advice to you is speak to anyone you want. We operate within the guidelines of our incorporation. Have your lawyer tell you how to start your own organization. You will not define the work of this organization. We will continue to do what we do in spite of attempts to silence us. Civic illiteracy is rampant and the citizens of Clayton are so dumbed down by our lack of knowledge. Our next meeting is Saturday, June 26th at 1pm at the National Archives and is open to all past and present members.

On another note, I am a registered voter, a tax paying citizen who is extremely involved in my community. I have no need to work through a 501(c4) organization. I have my own company for political action and civic activities. But then you would know that if you attended CCWHOA meetings and were a contributing member.

amazing you seem to think all govt. spending is necessary and so – when revenues go down – then that is the reason for deficits – You prove to be a simple Democrat who cannot see the forest for the trees. When a household looses some of its income, they cut back. The govt. need to do the same. OR do you feel it is ok for the crazy fools in D.C. to keep printing money – to continue unnecessary programs, which will fuel runaway inflation, which will hurts everyone – especially the poor. And could led to an America that will resemble Somalia. That is not acceptable.

@Synamon

Since the conversation has switched to you momentarily maybe you can ask some questions in this public forum since you are a public organization.

1. Why is there no website for CCWHOA? I searched for your organization online and could find links to various articles and events but no website. I see you are promoting your web show and just wondered why no site after all these years. Isn’t the web the fastest and one of the easiest ways to communicate information these days?

2. Does CCWHOA hold annual elections for the leadership? You mentioned in an earlier post that you “operate within the guidelines of your incorporation”. Do those guidelines involve elections for organization positions? The reason I ask again from all of the articles I have found on line over the years it gives your name as the president without any change over the years.

3. If I joined CCWHOA today would I be able to see the financial records as a member?

Here we go again. Why is it that everyone has to be a perpetrator, fake, lying etc… if they express opinions that are different from yours. I am a member, but please believe that I will not be paying dues next year. This organization is nothing but a tool used by Wade and Wole to get you to get homeowners be back their dumb ideas. I mean after all, wasn’t it Wole’s idea to start this organization anyway? If this is a public organization, where can we get the financial information on where the money was allocated to. Please mail that out to the members and I will get mine that way. I want to make sure that the money is not going to Sonna’s campaign or to your light bill.

I am so glad that other people have the same concerns. You would think that this lady would get the picture and act accordingly, but she is so caught up in Wade and Wole that she can’t comprehend. It is so sad for someone to use the concerns and problems of homeowners to push a political agenda.
