Shout out to July babies!

Calling all July babies! Did you or do you plan to celebrate your birthday this month? Tell us how you plan to celebrate. Better yet, send us photos to share with our readers. How will I celebrate? I’m glad you asked. I’m heading down to Miami for some sun, fun and fruity libations for my July 21 celebration. We July babies are in good company. We share the birth month with such famous folks as Pamela Anderson, Princess Di, Vin Diesel and Robin Williams. And some infamous ones like O.J. Simpson and Octo-mom Nadya Suleman. Here are some other celebrity birthdays for July. Now send yours. You can email them to fjeffries@ajc.com.

We have ourselves a little Wednesday mystery! Why was Rosie Perez in a wheelchair and wearing a neck brace?

We don’t know much besides what you see in the photos included here. The actress was photographed on Tuesday, July 13 arriving in the East Room of the White House right before President Barack Obama spoke on HIV/AIDS.

She’s seen waving as she’s wheeled into the room and her bright smile is obviously intact.

We’re including the original AP photographer’s caption information with these pictures so that you can tease out any hidden meanings coded within, like in “The Da Vinci Code.”
