After buying three new GM cars during the 1970s-1980s, I have bought only foreign cars since then. The three GM cars were absolute junk.

But what do you expect when semi-literate union thugs and goons build them? To hell with the UAW.

I had a 2000 Pont Grand Prix GT- what a piece of junk. I dumped it at 60K for a Honda Accord. I love my Honda. Don't waste your time on a new Pontiac if they still exist in the future. I had nothing but electrical problems, power steering went, tint bubbled, and the alarm never worked correctly. The only right thing to do is put them out of there misery.

In no way will I be missing Pontiac or GM. I can't wait until they're bankrupt and long gone. GM cars suck.

to all you knuckleheads calling the pontiac brand under chevrolet. Read a book, its general motors, i have a 1997 pontiac grand prix currently sitting in my driveway, Although it does not run right now, it has probably been the most dependable car i owned, until about 3 weeks ago. i do believe it was a mistake with a recall GM has released with the lower intake manifold gasket, but only time and a couple hundred will tell. Sorry to see you go pontiac, forever missed

Wished GM had dumped the Buick and reintroduced the 65 GTO. Nothing will ever match the scream of a 389 with all three two barrells open at about 6000 rpm in 3rd gear. What a car.

Sorry Pontiac, if you had built a better car, you would be worth saving. I had a Grand Prix for about 6 months, broke down all the time and hated it, got the Camry and kept it for 3 years, ran like a dream. No wonder Nascar didn't want the Camry in their races since them seem to be doing better than expected...lol
