Clark is a real jewel. But wouldn’t he save even more money if he’d just stay home? How do we remain so ignorant with him and Dave Ramsey burning up the airwaves? Maybe in another generation we’ll’ be more savvy.

I love to listen to Clark and wonder if the majority of his callers tell him the entire truth. We just hear one, very limited side of a story. Plus, Clark’s always blame the business and let’s stick it to ‘em approach leads me to believe that much of this is just entertainment.
As someone who has been an avid consumer, investor, etc, I have never had MANY of the problems that his callers do. If your go to fols for financial advice are Dave, Clark or even Suze – your just making them more money while whats in your wallet continues to dwindle.

Clark never predicted the crisis we are now in. Many saw it coming. Clark Howard did not. If he could not see that, I have to wonder how much economic sense the man really has. His “aw shucks, I’m just a simple boy” endearing radio personality has gotten him a long way. But this man has very little understanding of the economy in which free markets operate. Take any economic advice he gives you with a huge grain of salt.
