We have reached the record but numbers won't stop. More houses are expecting to be foreclosed. That's a bad statistic to predict

One man's loss, another man's gain?
Isn't that just a bit shameless?

We're not talking about trinkets lost in the street, we're talking about people's homes. Families without homes and lives ruined. :(

Gator Nation - I got distracted by Mother Teresa/realtor/shocked and didn't comment on your wisdom.
You are the wrong "nation", but you have the absolute right idea. The politicos, as usual, have the pacified masses right where they want them. Dumbed down.

Shocked - Wow, I'm impressed with your vitality. Are you a realtor or Mother Teresa?
However, I have a question. Since you say you are a realtor, how many inflated commissions did you take for selling houses and arranging interest free, ARM, etc.. to those poor innocent souls that had NO BUSINESS entering into a loan in the first place, because they could not possibly pay it off?
I am quite sure you used the streamlined pre-approval method of checking their pulse, then giving them the number for your guaranteed mortage lender, who also checked their pulse before closing the deal. Commissions for everybody, and we (America) now pay for your stupid, in my opinion "criminal", greed. Plus, I am absolutely sure you donated your ridiculously inflated gains to an orphanage, right? Surely, someone that sits on such a high horse as you would never actually benefit from such a scam.
Oh, I have my mortage paid and am able to sit this one out, because I did make the right, sometimes hard, choices, and I am quite the opposite of lazz, stupid, or greedy. You and your kind on the other hand, took the easy money, kind of like a coke dealer, except legal, and a coke dealer runs tighter credit.

I have to agree. That you almost feel like you own those shopping malls. You feel kind of like you have some ownership in them for some strange reason. Look at all we have! Yet if you look around everyone around you. Has really nothing but items, cars and homes that are on credit. So you look good in it or with it. But you don't really own most of it.

It is naive for a person to look around and see wealth. When almost all of it is credit bought. It's not a prosperous nations. But a debt ridden nation. I agree to they are just trying to keep us paying interest. Making sure more borrowing is happening.

Think about it everything is geared to getting loan money going again. Or the nation will not prosper. Question is who prospers. Certainly not the debt ridden. Which is most of America. Thats obvious.

Moreover I resent the banking system. The way the Treasury operates. And very most of all Credit Default Swaps. (Oh American Luv's your Reveloution was just wonderfull). What this means is that all of the revenue brought in at tax time in the US. Has to be sent to another nation to buy all of their bad credit. Trust me the people that we HAVE to buy the bad credit obligations from live very well.

This is only a debtor nation has been for a long time. If you really understand the way the banks here operate you will know what I am saying.

Shaggy~You're a shining example of why the country is in the mess that it's in now. Lazy people sitting around and pointing fingers and blaming everyone else. As an American I have done more than bought an iPod...not that I owe you any kind of response, but I have contributed and volunteered to help the homeless and those in need. I visit sick and elderly at the hospital. I attend and volunteer to help with Veterans events. With the limited amount of funds I have, I try and give to charitable causes that help my fellow Americans.

Of course you'll stay in this country. You'll mooch and take, and take and mooch as much as you can without giving anything back...and sit back on your a$$ accusing politicians, republicans (or democrats...whichever way you roll), the media, Hollywood...anyone and everyone...except yourself.

Go find another country where you can get away with that...and still be "free". Canada would be a good place to start!

The entire problem could be: Folks think this land is doing wonderfully or was. When all that is or was going on is massive credit and lending and borrowing. That isn't success or a way to gain success. Thats just borrowing money. It has been so out of hand for such a long time.

The people that lend the money call the shots. You respond. (The borrower is a slave to the lender). This is a very true axiom i feel. Here is a reply I sent to an economist. So called and respected. That he would not print. I felt left out of course. Then again I know why he didn't print it. It was who he really represented. And he did not like the following:

To big to fail banks. Really means a vote on the Federal Reserve Corporation. They and their subsidiary's (they have more than you know). Can never be sunk because all they have to do now is get some numbers on a computer screen from the Fed. Instant money. BLA BLA THIS BLA BLA THAT. And well the Pmi companies and the reinsure people like AIG. <b>Are all owned by the same people to.</b>

Not to mention Wal-mart. Ford, Bank of England ahem, Suntrust, Target, Kroger, Mcdonald's (Joan croc what a croc), Publix, Exxon, BP. I could go on forever.

Heres the thing with all the interest you have sucked down. From your thieving finiancial products. To start these companies. Which resell at scalped prices to put on credit like your Mastercharge and Visa. The revolvers that never end. Why even come to us? You will do it anyway.

So it is true we owe. We really owe. Many of us anyway. So you have the right to suck our tax money out to pay for your bailout. Please get our "economy" going again. We would not want your interest to stop. After all it is so vital to you.

I just love seeing everything these people own. Built on the interest we have to pay. <b>It's impressive</b>. <b>Like well the shopping malls</b>. I grit my teeth trying to relax on Saturday. Driving by these tourist attractions like everyone else. I grit my teeth because well. I have to be back to work sooner than I know. Because know it or not I have to help pay for all of these great impressive stores and keep all of this going. If it all caves in I will only know that I have failed and gone bankrupt like everyone else. Hows that for economics.

Shocked - Just what have you done for America, bought an I Pod ?
I too, am an American, and I see no need or future in trying to educate the pacified masses. I say, just give them the newz on Paris Hilton. Let them worry themselves about TMZ or what some idiot does on a meaningless awards show. Those are the things the masses really worry about.
You couldn't make the masses care about the good our country has accomplished if you hit them with a very large stick, and yes it's so funny I have cried.
Thanks for the invite to another country, but I will stay here. My mortage is paid.
