You say, “Yumbii is tops. Amazing tacos, ‘have you tried that sriacha dip?’, and vegetarian options. One guy that takes orders remembers my name, how nice.”

OUR PICKS
1. W.O.W.
The AJC dining team’s specialist in Southern and Neighborhood Fare Jenny Turknett says, “If there’s one street eat in this town you shouldn’t miss, it’s the smoked pork arepas from the W.O.W. truck. Moist and smoky pulled pork topped with a bright cilantro-cream sauce overflows from a buttery griddled corn cake. Messy, yes, but delightfully so.”

CHAYJ’s is the best…I’m addicted to the Creole Pretzels. The Southern charm I receive with my pretzels makes ChayJ’s a WINNER.

This is a toughie, but I’m gonna have to go with the Good Food Truck. While the truck itself may not look as fancy as some of the others, every time I have ordered from them at a festival or gathering, people approach me nonstop, asking where they can get what I’m having. Though the “Poodle” is recognized as their signature dish, their cones are my personal favorite–they’re inventive, tasty, seasonal, often vegetarian-friendly, and portable. Healthy, fresh, and delicious food on the go!
