1. One Eared Stag
Chief Dining Critic John Kessler says, “Chef Robert Phalen has fun, takes chances and can create the kind of food that lives long in your memory after the meal’s over. One Eared Stag is kind of a garage band of a restaurant, but that’s part of the appeal.”

Cajun comes to Georgia!!! The French Market & Tavern in Locust Grove is beyond belief. The chef has the taste and recipes of the cuisine down pat. The atmosphere makes you look for alligators when you leave. The bakery is fresh every day and several times a day and the gift shop is everything you could desire. This is truly the best way to spend an afternoon or evening. To say we love it is an understatement. Try it you’ll like it.

How many people live in Locust Grove ? I am impressed by the passion showed by their customers.
Somebody has done a great job getting the word out. I am shooting for the same kind of passion with our customers. We are in a different business, but wanting to make people happy ,is a worthwhile goal. Well Done !
