Regecyy Barbershop and Salon in Conyers is my choice for best Salon ever. The stylist there anre so nice and really care about healthy hair natural or relaxed. And the barbers are very professional and really do a nice job . Now, I bring the whole family. But more than anything The atmosphere is sooooo nice.

Bernadettes Hair Salon in Sandy Springs, Georgia. The salon has very attentive stylists who really care about their customers. Bernadettes also makes wigs and helps women who are going through cancer treatment. Recently the salon raised money to sponsor two of their stylist to walk in the 3 Day Beast Cancer Walk in Atlanta.

Too Groovy is the best salon I have ever been too. I have natural hair and my hair will stay straigthened for at least 2-3 weeks with no fuzz. It is never overbooked and I have never spent more than 2 hours in the hair salon. My stylist is Demarius and he is wonderful- but the salon and service is even better

Godiva Salon under the ownership of master stylist and former Paul Mitchell International Educator of the Year Tony Promiscuo has been in business in the heart of Buckhead for nearly 30 years. Just earlier this year Tony and his topnotch, friendly staff moved a to a state-of-the-art location (just a couple of doors down from their old store) at the Peach Shopping Plaza where they continue to offer a full range of services, everything from hair extensions to thermal reconditioning. sadly i’ve been to many ATL salons (Key Lime Pie, Van Michael, Cortex, Junko, Ying Yang, Stan Milton, a few others whose names I forget) in these last 10 years. here’s why some of them don’t work out:
1) over-booked stylists always running late and making the customers wait; 2) clone haircuts by hair cutting clones. I was at GA Tech at the time and we girls got good at spotting who got a cut at the same chain even tho we had different stylists; 3) over-chatty stylists too distracted by paying each other complements on their work; 4) stylists too distracted and busy chatting with anyone walking in the door making for painfully long sessions; 5) really bland haircuts that may well have come from supercuts and not cost $60+; 6) music so loud you and your stylist can’t communicate.
I’d vote for James Madison Salon because i always see great styles and color that is well suited to the client from every stylist. I’d also vote for my current salon but i fear that over-popularity might compromise what makes them so great.
