Maggiano’s Little Italy has a great Thanksgiving menu! They have a family-style dinner that you can take your entire family and dine in, order for takeout or even have it delivered! I took advantage of their Thanksgiving offering last year and it was convenient, stressless and eveyone loved it! I’d totally reccommend it! Check them out!

I’m stunned that no one has mentioned Busy Bee Cafe. You can’t even get close to the place the day before the holiday. I’ve ordered my side dishes from them for the past 3 Thanksgivings (and I’m a good cook) because the food is sensational as always and there is no mess. Busy Bee Cafe – call and make your order NOW!

I purchased a whole turkey, cornbread dressing, collard greens, and peach cobbler and fed a family of 6—I believe for $59.95 from LUELLA’S RESTAURANT. The food was all “to die for”—everything was GREAT—better than our homemade. I plan to repeat this year for Thanksgiving and Christmas and would highly recommend them.

If you want to pick up a wonderful cake, there is a little country store on LaVista Road going towards Northlake called David’s. They get cakes from a baker near Athens, GA that are delish. Especially the coconut cake. Also try Southern Sweets on Rio Circle in Decatur near the farmer’s market.
