k thanks UGAisajoke.

If our defense plays well we win this game. Spiller is going to make a big play sometime in this game but if we can limit them to say 21 points or so we win for sure. Keep in mine Clemson is always bad in the kicking game so that could help us with terrant returning punts and possibly a missed field goal or 2 for the tigers.

GT4EVER.

If memory serves me correctly, Tech couldn't move the ball on Clemson's defense after #18 took it to the house on the first play of the game. I recall two special teams plays blowing it for the tigers along with the phantam holding call that no once could ever seem to find. The "trick play" that Pee Jay ran out of a time out was actually an illegal play that the officials blew, but hey, as a dawg fan, I'm used to seeing blown calls, i.e. see LSU game this year. The failed pooch kick by the back was just a blow by the special teams.

In all honesty, Clemson should have won that game by at least 2 TDs. Clemson is also one of, if not the most improved team in the country. Even the national media has recognized that.

Saying Clemson is nothing without CJ Spiller is comparable to saying GT is nothing without Nesbitt.

Like the Georgia game, Clemson wins this one relatively easy. I'll say something like 38 - 10 with tech getting a meaningless late TD.

CPJ isn't afraid of UGA or Clempson, so what are you morons going to do about that? He had no fear at Sanford or Memorial Stadium in 08 and won't have it in the next 2 weeks...AJC.com can receive 10,000 comments on how GT is going down and CPJ won't blink..and baby, that just fires up the team that much more...so keep it up morons bring the games on...afterwards, it would be fun just to watch UGA play CLempson...you know why? Because both are scared to play the other one

Why is this even in here this week? Try running this article after the UGA game on the 28th. For now, GT focuses on UGA only. The ACC Championship comes later. And furthermore, Clemson has not won their division yet. Geesh!

"I have ask the question more than once why someone doesn’t hire Gary Patterson away from TCU. I was asking that two years ago. Now when a list comes out of potential candidates for any high profile job I never hear his name."

4 reasons:

1. He is paid over $2.0 Mil a year
2. TCU has state of the art facilities (way better than Tech and Texas. Oil $ = great coach
3. He can recruit Texas players, the best in the US
4. Loyalty: TCU provided GP with his first HC opportunity and he is already a legend at TCU (ala Joe PA or Bobby Bowden)
5. CGP isn't going anywhere.

If you think Tech is a step up from TCU, you are sadly mistaken and misinformed. TCU is an excellent private school with exceptional resources $$$. If you were going to compare us to anyone, our school is very similar to USC or Miami. Except now we have surpassed both those teams in Football.
