Enter your comments here Tampa Dawg:
So last year's annual beat down in Jax. was close. You must be saying that the dog's fans bail on their team early in close games. There were already traffic jams on I-10 west and I- 95 north by the middle of the fourth quarter. I was at the game, but tape all Gator games. Gary Danielson was pointing out how few Georgia people were left in the stands by the middle of the fourth quarter. All the dog fans that left missed all of the fun of the two timeouts. No surprise as to dog fans bailing out on their team; I saw them empty Sanford at halftime in 1995.

Tiger in Georgia........LSU win a NC this season? Highly unlikely. I'm a huge Tiger fan but I've got to say that LSU seems to have regressed this season. Their win against Washington looked good when the Huskies knocked off USC but lost a little luster when Stanford upset the Huskies last week. LSU's games against Vandy, ULL and Ole Miss left much to be desired.

The Tigers so called vaunted running game has been non-existent. Offensive line was supposed to have been a strength of ours this season but the Tigers RBs are getting stuffed (by the likes of ULL!) and JJ has been running for his life much of the time. The offense seems not to be able to execute so well and JJ doesn't seem to be playing as well as he did in the last two games of last season. Even the defense has taken some time to gel.

Gary Crowton's offense has become predictable. He hasn't changed up our running formations in the last few seasons and with the OL not firing off the ball our running plays are getting diagnosed and stuffed. If not for the talent of our two wideouts we could very well be 2-2 or worse.

Les has been an incredible recruiter and this Tiger team is loaded with talent but he is just not parlaying it into domination like he should. Against a better team like Georgia (and I'm no fan of Mark Richt whom I also think is an underachieving coach) the Tigers are likely to get exposed. Especially if they play like they have been.

Under Miles in the last few years the Tigers have been notoriously slow starters who always seem to play down to their competition. If these Tigers were coached by someone like Brian Kelly (Cinncy's coach) with the talent they have they would be kicking azz and taking names. I think Miles is on the downside of his Tiger career and I would like to see them get a coach like Kelly or the guy that coaches TCU.

Sorry but they way I see it is Georgia 27-24. Just my two cents. And the Tigers beating Florida? Fuggedaboutit. Maybe an 8 win season and another minor bowl but the Tigers are going to have to buck up to hang with the big boys of the SEC. I don't see it happening under Miles tutelage. I think we will be equally disappointed with this season just like we were last season and it will be the beginning of the end for "The Hat".

The play of our offensive line will be the "tale of the tape" this week. Boling definitely needs to slip over to left tackle where he did fine job last year. Our current replacement is not quick enough and has several movement penalities to his credit in the last few weeks. Searles make this move. Our inability to move the ball on the ground lies with our offensive line. I do not see a significant push against the opponent's

Who is the dork that keeps talking about the ACC being 6-4 against the SEC last year. Look at the long term stats. SEC owns the ACC. Most of the games against between the SEC and ACC last year were lower tier teams playing ACC teams on their home field. Like Ole Miss really beat WF but got a home ref job to give them a field goal to win.

Cannot believe the idiots on this board calling on Richt to be fired. He has given us the best 9 year period in Georgia’s history. He is a class act and a great recruiter and we’re always in the top 10 with him. All you people who want him to be fired please go root for another team and stop embarrassing the bulldog faithful with your ignorance

Thank you!!
All of a suuden Mark Richt is a bad coach?....don't get me wrong, I do think Slick Willie needs to be replaced and I haven't agreed with all of Bobo's calls on O. But really, Richt hasn't changed much since he came to UGA.......He's not "mean" but he was stricter before the endzone dance....any way, I have faith and confidence in CMR.............................................besides, what the only stat that matters!???!?....it's F'in' WINS!

I'm pretty sure the most important stat in football is...the score. How can we take anything you print seriously after comment #1? Can the AJC find a columnist who actually has validity?
