I’ve decided that all of the idiots that bash our coach, QB, and DC just hate every player/coach that doesn’t win every game and perform flawlessly every time. Bunch of whiners the whole lot of ya.

It is rather curious that Coach Richt doesn’t think it’s necessary to effectively cover, if not rush the punter. A coach with the most modest intelligence would certainly learn such a lesson after getting embarrassed in the Chik Filet Sugar Bowl against West Virginia. Perhaps he underestimates the mental acuity of opposing coaches in observing that the defense is abandoning the line of schrimmage on punts. Very interesting!!

Georgia’s defense reminds me of a sieve. The holes in its defense are meant to encourage teams to believe they can win. Too often many teams benefit from far too much encouragement. Fortunately, the Dawgs barely sealed enough holes on Saturday against SCarolina to conserve a win. They might do better if they used a different strategy.

Hmmm…

Considering that the Vols went 5 & 7 last year and fired the entire coaching staff, I wouldn’t expect them to represent the cream of the crop in the SEC this year. That said, your jealousy of the premiere college football conference in America is duly noted.
