The University of Georgia has played bad all season. The one position that stood out above all was the position of QB. Joe Cox just was not the QB that team needed. His throws are tremendously slow and every time he telegraphs where he is throwing. I don't understand why he was not removed from QB the fourth game of the season and start the development of another quarterback. Now the season is wasted there was no development of another QB and it appears that the University of Georgia is in for a disappointing 2010 season and more. The future of UGA football looked bright at one time but now is gone.

DawgByte, I agree special teams was another great disappointment. UGA has plenty of weapons but did not use them. Pollack needs to be hired in a DL coach, CMR needs to take over as OC, and someone needs to take over as OC. Again no excuse for Wooten or Brown not to be on the field and it would not hurt to put Carlton Thomas in motion, get him in space and use him. I was hoping for 10-2 but it is down to 8-4. Hopefully we see some big improvement this week.

Mr. Barnhart, your analysis could use the David Ching touch, because it's rather thin. Although Cox is a SIGNIFICANT drop-off from Stafford, Joe wasn't the problem on Sat. When Tony Ball our WR coach doesn't have a clue that Wooten and Brown did not get on the field, you know there's a serious problem. When you can engineer a TD drive using two QB's and the wildcat formation and then completely forget what you were successful at, then you know you have a serious problem. When an OC and his staff have months to prepare for the 93rd best defense in Div. 1 and you can only muster 10 points, you know you have a serious problem. When you can't figure out how to get the ball into your primetime WR's hands, you know you have a serious problem. What I've enumerated above is just a quarter of the mistakes this offensive staff made this past Sat.

Not to pile on, BUT I've never seen a CMR team lay such a coaching egg. Special team foul-ups, defensive ends that are playing fundamentally unsound football. What part of the word "Contain" does coach Fabris not understand? Fabris' DE's continue to get sucked inside while QB's go around them and gain big yards. This is been happening for years and nothing changes. How can they see the film and not realize how to fix it?

Make no mistake this is a transitional year for UGA. Like Mark Bradley, I also predicted a 8-4 season, but that is based on a rebuilt offense and not a rebuilt coaching staff. Mark Richt is going to have to change his philosophy about his assistants. They don't run the show Coach Richt does. CMR needs to replace Fabris as Special Teams coach effective TODAY!

TechBuzz...you have never been more right about UGA. They have EVERYTHING and yet have accomplished very little from a national perspective. You forgot to include they have a top 5 recruiting class EVERY year and what do they have to show for it? They definately do less with more while GT does more with less...plain and simple.
