PS — LB Nate Irving will really be missed for the Wolfpack this season. Thankfully, he is OK but had an awful car crash in preseason with a fractured leg and collapsed lung.

Pi$$ – Really? You’re actually chastising UGA fans for being on this blog. Amazing. First off, this isn’t a team specific, or even conference specific blog. This is a college football blog. Today’s topic just happens to be the ACC. I can’t remember the number of times I’ve read your pathetic drivel on the UGA blogs. Unreal.

EDGE, UGA fans can “prolly” spell probably….but that’s another topic for another day.

Point is, not all ACC fans are as apathetic as GT fans. In fact, Va Tech, Clemson and FSU fans are about as passionate about their teams as ANY SEC fan is about theirs. It just so happens that the AJC is the home paper for GT and UGA and even though GT is on the rise, and actually managed to squeak out a win against UGA last year, the fan base is uninterested in their conference, as a whole. Whereas, SEC fans are genuinely passionate about their respective team, as well as the other teams in their conference.

Regardless of where the merchandise is sold, SEC fans will buy it because we CARE. It’s obvious by the replies to this story that the ACC remains the “Almost Credible Conference”.
