People who claim that Marijuana is a gateway drug need to realize WHY it is a gateway drug. It’s illegal. You try something that is illegal, don’t see any bad affects from it, realize you can just as easily get away with something more illegal, (maybe even more easily, e.g. pills which are easier to conceal/use) and then you’re cycling up into the harder drugs. If legalized, marijuana would no longer be a relatively consequence free introduction into illegal activities.

3) Thank goodness we still give 2nd chances… I sure dont know where I would be if we didnt have them. Check out the Larry Eustacy hire in basketball at Southern Miss. No more partying with the co-eds in the Big 12. USM gave him a chance to redeem himself, and he’s a better person because of it.
