Chris,
Anything further available on Jim Slater? Seems like he has been out forever this year, and the team sorely misses his play.

We didn’t even stay in the hunt for this to be a showdown game.
I don’t think the ‘canes will make it either – Buffalo has passed them with a game in hand and is playing fantastic right now.
The Thrashers are stuck either clinging on to “the playoffs are still possible” and the more realistic (especially looking at their upcoming schedule) shot at at top 4 draft pick.

Not much of a preview. Anyway, looking forward to seeing Kovy Friday night.

Wouldn’t it be awesome to sellout Philips Arena on Friday? Kovy would be sitting there, “what duh? A packed house, after the team’s eliminated?”
