Getting antsy for a win. We don’t need another Pen hat trick scored on us during a loss. Pens are at home, they lost on Sunday, we don’t have Nik and we will be introducing a new player, Cormier. Going to be tough to get a win but making the playoffs require getting the tough Ws.

So, place your bets. Who gets a “hat trick” tonight? If Eric Boulton and Anthony Stewart can get them, anyone can.

I will assume it is Pavs in goal in the non-back-to-backs unless notified otherwise.

I’m going with Chris Kunitz for a hat trick for Pittsburgh and Evander Kane, if it’s a Thrasher who scores a hattie. Well, Kane or Little.

Thrasher win 3-2, Kane with a Hat-Trick and 3 assists since he is so adapt to passing to himself off the boards and not to his teammates

My bad if I called another Pen trick. Whatever, Sidney, I don’t care if we get the 2 points.

Thrashers are doing OK, but they are so streaky, gosh! We REALLY need wins this next week.
6-3 is a poorly played game but we need to forget about the past couple and get back to good hockey.
GO THRASHERS.

I liked Eric Boulton’s play. Does that count for a ’silver lining?’ We got undressed by a better team. Remember, in the beginning of the year, when Fleury couldn’t stop a beach ball, and Penguins fans wondered if MA-Fleury still had the stuff to be a championship caliber goalie? The Penguins struggled mightily in the early portion of the season. Look at them now. I’d be surprised if they lost the Winter Classic against Washington, which is a team struggling to find their upper echelon form.
