Today’s quote comes from coach Craig Ramsay. He was asked his thoughts about the upcoming schedule which features games against Detroit, Montreal and Boston.
“We’ve got some good games against good people,” Ramsay said. “We should be testing ourselves. Hopefully that’s the way we are all looking at it that we elevate our game and bring our A game and see how we stack up against a team [Detroit] hat’s playing probably best in the league at the moment. Am I nervous before games? Always. But this is special. We have to be ready to go.”

I’ll feel better when Osgood steps out on the ice instead of Howard.

I heard that the Detroit coach has Hudler in the doghouse so he’s probably out with Draper taking his spot and I’m sure they’ll send Macdonald back to the minors for sgood.

It should be a good show, these teams don’t see each other very often. I think that the Thrashers have won the last few. A t any rate the Red Wings are a great measuring stick when a team is starting to feel good about itself.
Isn’t it nice to see the year Kovie is having? Jersy can keep him!
