Shopping for kids

Q- Any tips on shopping for kids?  I have such a hard time shopping with my kids and finding cute items at the same time.

Shopping for your kid may be just a tad frustrating. Imagine going through racks and racks of clothes and trying to please and pacify your little one . Online shopping suddenly makes a lot more sense, doesn’t it?

One site I recommend is www.childrensplace.com. Check out their “Outfits” tab. I love how they create different looks—like lil’ hip chick or fun ’n fashionable for your little girl, or beachy boy or sporty layer players for your little boy.  So you can shop the whole look or just pick certain items.  Plus $5 shipping all the time no matter the size of your order.

Another great shopping site for kids that most know about (and for anyone in the family, basically) is www.oldnavy.com . What you may not know, is that you can actually shop five stores while you’re on the site, so don’t miss Piperlime Kids and Gap Kids.

If you want to shop for toys, www.etoys.com is a lot like shopping in a real store. They have a pretty good and extensive collection of toys and, best of all, you don’t have to run after your kid from one aisle to the next!

Don’t forget Gymboree’s new lower-priced line Crazy 8 – http://www.crazy8.com – there’s some really cute stuff and at a decent price too.
