A-  Leather corsets, lacy bras, sexy garters…they’ve all made the transition from the bedroom to the runway—and boardroom? (Imagine that!)
Okay, call me conservative, but I do have a certain “resistance” to this growing trend (we saw it in 2009, and it’s still around this year).

Not a lot of people can pull this off without looking a bit like Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman.  It looks glamorous and sexy and oh-so-chic on the models, but in real life, it can come across as borderline trampy.
Dita von Teese, technically not a model, can pull it off, yes.  But she’s the reigning burlesque queen.

This look says “sex and sexy” and that’s a pretty tough look to make appropriate for many places and occasions.
I say wear the lingerie where it’s supposed to be worn: In.
