Big Boi takes a musical tour of our city in the just-released video for his latest single, “In the A.”
He’s joined by fellow Atlanta rappers T.I. and Ludacris on this track from his latest solo album, “Vicious Lies and Dangerous Rumors.” It’s a song that Rolling Stone’s review deems the best on the album, calling it “an old-school, ego-fueled lyrical jag.”
Check it out here, but be warned that the song is unedited, so the language is definitely not family-friendly.

Wow, Melissa. Great reporting. Atlanta needs a new newspaper without these clowns that publish stories like this. Is he even speaking english in this video?

Just watched the entire video. I recognized the metal peach art piece across the interstate from Turner Field. That’s about it. Everything else could have been anywhere else. “In the B” for Boston, “In the C” for Chicago, and “In the D” for Detroit, etc. It looks like they went to some effort to end up with footage of somewhere/something so commonplace.

I’m a big Outkast fan, and loved Big Boi’s last solo album but this one is a little over my head. Maybe it will grow on me. “In the A” is one of the few i do like though.

I don’t know about y’all, but I noticed how I’ve been hearing “Hey, Yah” out of the blue…quite a bit lately. I thought to myself the industry is planting a seed for a reunion…. Well, obviously, they’ve been enjoying their cash and it is time to make some more..Their lucky the industry is there it remind us of them again
