We already know that Sugarland, .38 Special, Alex Hodges, Robert Spano, Gary Rossington, Bob Van Camp, Johnny Jenkins and “Skinny” Bobby Harper are being inducted into the Georgia Music Hall of Fame next month.
We now know that Sugarland, .38 Special, the ASO Choir, “American Idol” alums (and real-life couple) Diana DeGarmo and Ace Young and up-and-coming singer Riley Biederer will perform at the Oct. 14 ceremony. There will also be “special guests” performing in honor of Rossington and Hodges.
Tickets for the show, to be held at the Cobb Energy Performing Arts Centre and broadcast live on GPB, start at $60 (students are $20). The cocktail-attire event starts at 4 p.m. with red carpet arrivals and a cash bar; the ceremony and show kick off at 5 p.m.
