When does Cee Lo Green have time to breathe?
Seriousy. The guy is back on “The Voice” this week. He’s prepping a Vegas show to debut early next year. He’s reportedly in talks with NBC to do a sitcom loosely based on his life. Last month he found time to pop back home to Atlanta to help his sister launch their GreenHouse Foundation Charity.
And now he’s doing a Christmas album.
According to Billboard, Green is prepping “Cee Lo’s Magic Moment,” which he said is a “soulful take on a host of Christmas classics,” such as “Silent Night,” “This Christmas” and “You’re a Mean One Mr. Grinch” (can’t you just hear the cheeky singer prowling through that one?).
He’s also enlisted hometown rapper B.o.B. for a cameo, as well as Rod Stewart and a capella group Straight No Chaser, famous for their “12 Days of Christmas” rendition.
The album is expected to land Oct. 30. And then Green will continue taking over the world.
