The show rocked last night. They didn’t want to stop. They had to turn the lights on as a hint for Parliament to quit, but they played for maybe another hour after the lights came on. Funkin it up!!

Garry “Diaper Man/Starchild” Shider was not drunk last night. This veteran old skool Funkadelic member is a trooper. The man has cancer but refuses to sit down. Funk not only moves it can remove.

Sorry I missed it, looks like a great show! The Collective likes the “One Nation” idea…Everybody needs PFunk.

excellent show, I left about 12:45am, and they were still funking it up. maggot brain, was on point! cosmic slop was Out freakin-standing. The aroma in the air was nice, and the venue…great, (my first time there). I was there when the mothership landed in buffalo, ny, (1977 I think), and this show, was a pretty good reminder of that. When they come back…..be there!

The Funk never ceases to amaze me. I’ve been going to see George and the crew since I was in the ninth grade (1973). The older I get the better they sound and I’ve seen them more than 20 times. I was so deep into the Funk that my dog was named Bootsy. Forever Funkin On

When I was 10 years old my Grandaddy drove me to Sears, and I rode the escalator up to the second floor(where the music dept was) so I could buy my first album with money I had been saving up!! It was the Mothership Connection!!!! I am 46 and have a deep and abiding love for all things funky. ( Did I mention I am a white soocer Mom with two children who are HORRIFIED by hteir Mom’s dirty little secret!!!) Funk on starchildren!!!!

Ms. Young made me comment, for she is a prime example of what PFUNK is all about, 100% FREEDOM. As George likes to say, “3/4’s of FUNK is FUN”. You are the coolest and FUNKIEST soccer mom I’ve heard of. I used to buy my PFUNK albums from Sears also!!! My first was Chocolate City and I was blessed to buy it in Washington, DC for $4.95! I saw them in ‘75 for the first time and my life changed forever. I took my son, 15, to the show the other night, chalked it up as a field trip!!! I posted my pics on Facebook under DarrylnDelina. They speak LOUDER than words!!!

PS. I have 21 years in the military and I’ve seen them “all over the world”. You should see the reaction at a PFUNK show in Japan, Germany or France…SUPER SUPER STOOPID!!!”

Darryl, I can’t wait to look at your pictures!!! My friend and I were on the front row Monday night, and the tip top of my head, and part of of her head were in one of AJC’s pix on their photo gallery. Aqua Boogie is my favorite, to hear George squawking in person was the ultimate. My kids love Knee-Deep, so I was thrilled to be able to tell them I heard it live!!!!! You keep funkin, you hear!!!!!

Yeah, this show rocked. Left shortly after midnight. Had work, but wish I could’ve stayed. Have seen George Clinton a few times and he’s shut the place down every time. Good times all around. I’m a youngster, and these cats put on a better show than anyone out there.
