Miranda I got a couple of fairly decent shots when he pulled you up on stage (not professional grade but ok). I’ve got the concert pics playing on a Pandigital picture frame at home right now. Give me some time to download to my pc and I’ll get back online here about where to post them. That was a special moment I know you won’t forget soon!

I went just to see Muse. They are an amazing band, too bad the acoustics in the Dome are terrible. I hope they come through again and play somewhere outside. I suggest everyone pick up any of their cds. They are fantastic!

Great concert. Muse was better than I expected and I was already expecting great stuff considering their rep. Parking situation a little worrisome since we got there barely in time to hear Muse start up on our way to inner circle ( we got passes/wristbands – Thanks Sully) . The sound is about what you can expect considering you are in the GA Dome. I’m surprised it was as good as it was. They did a super job considering what they had to work with. I’ve been watching concerts in the ATL since the 70’s (Fox, Electric Ballroom, Omni, etc.) This was my first U2 concert and their fans have got to be some of the greatest on the planet when it comes to positive/upbeat/uplifting. These guys are getting up in years (like me) and I much appreciate the effort. They aren’t just going through the motions and putting in another day at work. You can really tell they wanted to make us all glad we came out. Thanks bunches U2!!! I only hope I can see you again someday in Atlanta. I’ll come no matter where you guys play.

Let me understand: if I go to a rock concert and sit, it’s my fault the band didn’t get me to my feet because they play off the crowd energy so if I didn’t feel their performance was energetic enough to warrant standing it’s my fault. Got it.
