Joyce has a calming effect on people. She is very soft spoken and when engaging her she gives you her full attention. I have known her for over twenty years and she is the same thoughtful funny person that I have worked with. Introverted people have a quiet strength and spirit that attract people to them.

I appreciate Joyce's comments about using humor and ideas on "thoughtful leadership" I wonder what steps she took to process information faster? Great to hear from an introverted leader in healthcare.
