How would you rate the Falcons’ performance?

OK, people….let’s look at this realistically:

1) 2 plays cost the game (Wildcat and the interception) – place that on the OC
2) Defensive secondary was OK…but could improve
3) DL could not put a rush on Drew Brees ALL DAY!!
4) Offense was OK….but needed to go downfield more! Michael Jenkins NEEDS to learn how to catch more!! Others will say that he caught TDs yesterday…but the one where we was WIDE OPEN by 5 yards and didn’t make the catch was pathetic!!

I’m hoping that we can run the table and break the streak of non-consecutive winning seasons! THAT’LL be the start of making this franchise better!!

I say we get rid of Jamal Anderson. He’s had enough time to prove himself..lets cut our loses and get a DE that will help Abraham with the pass rush.

The FALCONS have been getting done by the refs all year!! The offensive coordinator SUCKS surely there are some better out there that know the system we use…Mularkey is AWFUL!!! GET RID OF MULARKEY!!!

You people are stupid. The media hates the Saints, always have and always will. The Saints are 13 and 0 and still get no credit. What kind of suck fest do you think would be happening if Dallas was 13 and 0. Unbiased media, yeah right. Oh yeah and for all you morons talking about your huge magical season of 11-5 last year I just wanted to remind you that the 8-8 Saints beat you in Dec. and are now 3-1 against Mike Smith and his staff. It’s just a sign of things to come my friends.

Weak azz crying Falcons fans, It’s so easy to loathe you and your thug loving mentality. Dope dealing Babs should play, Vick is our thug, convicted felon hero. If he was here we would win. Can you people not see that your young QB has a bright future? There would be a handfull of teams that would pick him up right now. But instead of standing behind your team you cry for the criminal thug that is a has been qb that never even was. As a Saints fan I know a thing or two about losing, but I never abandoned ship. I thought that Redman did better this game against NO than the first 2 games and even if they lost by 3 points,I think the the coaching staff sucks and need news ones including new coordinators in the box that isn’t worth the money they all get paid.
I wish I could get paid millions of dollars to sit on the bench just because of a injured toe.All of the black players as well as lots of the fans put Bad Mickie Vick the dog fighter to much on a petal like he is some kind of a God like they do Obama the zebra.No man in any sports needs that kind of money to play ball regardless of what sports it is.They all get paid too damn much and let Author Blank and all of his staff pay out of their own pockets if they want another new stadium here in Ga.
Let Redman start the rest of the games lft to play and then maybe he will have more confidences in hi ow self.Every time the Falcons get anybody good they trade them off to some injured player from another tea.The best thing Blank ever done is to get rid of Vick the one man team who thinks you spell it with a “I” instead of Team”.It’s take all the members to win pull together like a chain link fence but once the link is broken it falls apart..There’s too much favoritism on the team.Everyone of the players should be noticed and not just the QB.
Besides,the Falcons has never been a super bowl team and never will be.Like the time they went to Fla to pay and they got drunk and parted the night before and lost the game.

IT’S VERY EASY TO PLACE THE BLAME ON THE COACHING STAFF, THAT’ WHAT NONE ACHIEVERS DO. ALL THEY CAN DO IS MAKE THE CALL….THE GUYS REALLY MAKING THE BIG BUCKS ARE THEN RESPONSIBLE FOR CARRYING IT OUT. ONCE THE BALL IS IN THEIR HANDS THEY HAVE TO USE JUST A LITTLE TINY BIT OF COMMON SENSE AS TO WHAT TO DO. (THE COACHES CAN’T DO IT FOR THEM LIKE THEIR MAMA’S DID.) NOW INSTEAD OF SHOWING ANY
DEGREE OF BRAINS, WHAT DOES THE RUNNER DO? OF COURSE HE RUNS STRAIGHT INTO THE BACK OF HIS OWN PLAYERS WHO IS PILING UP OTHER PLAYERS OF BOTH SIDES THEREBY CREATING A FIXED OBJECT PREVENTING ANY OR LITTLE GAIN. IF THE RUNNER HAD
THE INTELLIGENCE TO LOOK EITHER LEFT OR RIGHT HE WOULD SEE THAT THERE ARE OPEN HOLES HE COULD HAVE RAN INTO THAT JUST MIGHT HAVE ACCOMPLISHED SOMETHING.
ADMITTEDLY THAT IS A LOT TO ASK OF A FOOTBALL PLAYER WHO IS INCAPABLE OF THOUGHT. MY SUGGESTION TO COACH SMITH WOULD BE TO REQUIRE THE READING AND MEMORIZING OF THE BOOK “RUN TO DAYLIGHT” BY VINCE LOMBARDI. ON SECOND THOUGHT, IT JUST MAY BE THAT THE BALL HANDLERS CAN’T READ, (EVEN THO THEY MAY POSSESS A
DIPOLMA FROM SOME PRESTIGIOUS COLLEGE). PERHAPS THE COACHING STAFF WOULD DO

The Ultimate blame for the lack of success of any team lies with the Owner, and he probably doesn’t care what any of us thinks, much less expresses. What I find difficult to accept is the lack of common sense in the hiring of general managers, and coaches. It is proven each year, over the last two decades, that the SEC is the “Best” college conference in America. Atlanta is the focal point of the SEC, geographically. The majority of our coaches, and players do not reflect the SEC. The “SEC” plays a better defensive brand of football. The Falcons players as a whole can’t, or don’t want to tackle. They play like “Sissies.” The defensive backs do not cover well, or tackle well. Why play them the whole season? The offense as a whole has made consistent improvement. Injuries, however, appear to have a more negative impact on Atlanta than other teams.Talent depth rests on the GM, and coaches. Inspired, and well motivated lesser teams sometimes beat better teams. The Falcons are neither.
